Data and purposes
Forms collect the contact details, company, topic, process description and optional analysis you provide. We use them to respond, prepare a discussion or proposal, and manage follow-up. Viewing a result alone does not save the analysis; saving requires submitting the form.
Processing grounds
Depending on the enquiry, the basis may be steps requested before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or a legitimate interest in handling business communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Legally required records may be processed under a legal obligation. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not marketing consent.
Recipients and location
The site runs on Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Form submissions and saved reports are stored in this site’s database. Operational access is restricted to an authorised person. Processing agreements, vendor roles, locations and any transfers outside the EEA require confirmation before public launch. We do not promise EU-only storage.
Retention
Proposed policy for approval: inactive enquiries and reports for up to 12 months from last contact; usage events and technical protection counters for up to 90 days. Contract and claim records follow applicable obligations. Review and deletion are administrator tasks; automatic retention scheduling is not enabled.
Your rights
Depending on the processing basis, rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact the controller or lodge a complaint with Poland’s data protection authority. Providing information is voluntary, but contact details are needed for a response.
Reports and decisions
The analysis is a scenario calculation, not a legally consequential automated decision. Saved reports use a random, non-indexed access link. Anyone with the link can read it; do not share it publicly. Contact the controller to request deletion.
